Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle

The Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle, opened in November 2006 has set a new benchmark in Northwest hospitality.  Named as one of the “Hottest Hotels in 2007” by Condé Nast Traveler, the 160-room hotel is a focal point of the 2200 development at the gateway to Seattle’s South Lake Union neighborhood.

Minutes from downtown and within walking distance of Nordstrom’s flagship store, the hotel is part of Vulcan’s 2200 development and is bordered by Westlake Avenue, Denny Way, Terry Avenue, Lenora Street and Ninth Avenue. The 550,000-square-foot mixed-use project features, in addition to the Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle, 261 condominium homes, two restaurants, Koot’s Green Tea, Starbucks, plus 39,000 square feet of retail shops, the luxury Vida Wellness Spa, a 16,000-square-foot landscaped plaza and a 47,000-square-foot Whole Foods Market®.  Recently introduced, in December 2007, the South Lake Union streetcar links South Lake Union to the rest of downtown Seattle and stops right at the front door of 2200 and Pan Pacific Hotel Seattle.
